After doing some research, we decided to take a drive from Winchester. It was well worth it! We were able to come up with a perfect combination of fire glass for our new fire pit. This puts the cherry on top to our new back yard. The worker was very knowledgeable. He recommended an upgrade for our gas output and we have no regrets. I posted some pictures, but the camera just doesn’t give it justice. I look forward to continuing being a customer.

Steve was very helpful in turning our old brick firepit into a pretty outdoor focal point! We removed the old lava rocks, bought a new stainless steel fire ring, and were able to create a colored fire glass mix that coordinated with our spa tiles. He helped us better understand the process, and we truly appreciate his knowledge and time. Once we're ready to work on our indoor fireplaces- we'll be back. The showroom is great for seeing the glass options in person.

You can't go wrong with Diamond Fire Glass. Both Brian and Steve are very customer oriented and knowledgeable which was very beneficial as I knew nothing about fire glass. Brian explained the process and helped me select a 'base' and then a color for accent purposes. I highly recommend this company.

The folks at Diamond Fireglass are superb. They were extremely helpful with choosing glass for our fire pit. The glass you'll find at Diamond Fireglass is much more brilliant and reflective than the glass at the big-box stores or the contractor supply houses. We went with a 50/50 blend of two of Diamond Fireglass's custom glass blends--Montecito and Marquis Garden. Highly recommended.

Mike and Richard were both extremely helpful.  I have the 7 Diamond Burner, and it is awesome.  It came with all of the fittings and flex-line needed for installation.  The quality of the burner is superb.

Great customer service… very cool glass! So much selection.

My inlaws recently remodeleled their house and used Diamond Fire Glass in their fire place and it looked amazing, so we decided to do the same.  When we moved in we had dirty looking fake logs that we just kept, but decided it was time for an upgrade.  They were open today (on a Sunday) and Richard took great care of us.  We told him the look we were going for and showed him a photo of our fire place and he set us up with exactly what we were looking for.  We went with Alpine Crystal and the U shaped burner,and we are really happy with how nice it looks!  It was the easiest, most cost effective upgrade in our entire remodel.
They have a big show room right off the freeway in SJC.  There are a lot of different colors and we plan to go with some other ideas that Richard had for our other two fire places now, and add a backyard fire pit!  Thank you for the great service and excellent product!

Really stunning!. GORGEOUS! these have almost a mirror backing and it sparkles beautifully! A true turquoise color (not too blue like most).

My Diamond Fire Glass is GORGEOUS!!!  I have the glass crystals in both my fireplace and fire pit and love it. It's like looking at a piece of art when not being used. We love how much warmth it gives compared to the fake logs we had previously. Even with fake logs you still get allot of dirt and its unappealing. Now it's a social focal point in our home. I highly recommend the reflected glass as it gives a sparkle even when not lit from the natural sun light. We have a real pretty premix color scheme of browns and gold in our fire place and a solid pretty blue reflective in our fire pit. Thank you Diamond Fire for your great customer service and patience when ordering.

It's not often that I have such a pleasant experience with a company that I feel the need to take a minute and say something.. usually its the opposite, right? I came into your store this past Saturday, with zero intention of buying anything at all. Your salesman, I didn't catch the gentlemans name unfortunately, was so knowledgable about your product and did such an excellent job at convincing me how superior your glass was to other manufacturers and I have to agree the Diamond Fire Glass appears far more brilliant and really shines more bright with a much more reflective jewel like look than other fire glass I have seen in stores. My dad ended up dropping by today to pick up some additional glass for me as I needed a little more due to the placement of the pipeline in my fireplace.. but anyway, I wouldn't have bought anything at all if it wasn't for your salesman. He was very friendly and patient in answering all of my questions. Just wanted to let you know and thank you for the beautiful products...I'm really excited to see how the fireplace turns out. Maybe I'll post some pictures when its done!

I’ve been dealing with Richard and he was so patient and helpful and explained everything to me. He suggested I get samples to really see the differences in colors and shapes. They were shipped immediately, and I received the samples the next day. I ordered through Brian and it again arrived so quickly. I’m soo happy with the finished product! Love love love it! I even recommended it to my fireplace guy!

Diamond Fire Glass had a great selection and provided me with excellent advice on how to do an install myself.  I would not have thought about repainting the fireplace or having the chimney swept.  With that advice my blue fire glass has been the envy of all the other condo owners.  I really love how the heat radiates from it filling my living room with warmth and light.  They made the pickup of my order easy and the quality of the glass is exactly what I expected, and it lasts.  Great work guys, I look forward to a Diamond Fire Glass fireplace in my new home.

This is a beautiful color that goes with everything teal and turquoise in our backyard. We put this in our Fred Meyer Fire Pit and in a separate portable fire pit ring. Gorgeous!

Ohh,shiny!! Beautiful stuff I use in solar light mason jars to add a little zing. The only problem, it's pretty expensive or I would use it in a lot more places. The color is dazzling. Love it.
